Rose Lennon

In 2004 I graduated from the University of East Anglia with a BSc in Sociology & Media Studies.  My passion for BSL was ignited in 2006 when I joined the Royal Association for Deaf People, as a Legal Caseworker.  I am a native user of BSL, but it was here that I really began to understand the breadth and diversity of the language.  In parallel I studied interpreting at the University of Central Lancashire. I qualified as  British Sign Language/English Interpreter in 2010.

My career continues to excite and challenge me. I work with talented and dedicated professionals and Deaf people every day.  In London I work across many sectors including Industry, Banking, Comms & Media, National Charities and the Public Sector.  More locally I work in the community, in domains such as the Legal sector, Higher Education and the Theatre.

*Indicative inclusive fee when working a standard day in central London 10.00-17.00. More may be charged for evening/weekend working or for assignments which are more demanding, in terms of preparation or specialist abilities
